Facilitator Certification Program

LUMA's Facilitator Certification Program equips participants with the ability to lead effective design thinking sessions. Participants gain a deep understanding of using design thinking activities and techniques to creatively solve problems. This program is tailored for those looking to guide teams using the LUMA System methods to address key business challenges efficiently and effectively.

The program is structured around learning sessions, practice sessions, and coaching sessions, all conducted fully online. It offers a mix of theoretical knowledge and practical application, ensuring participants are ready to implement their skills in real-world scenarios. Participants also receive a one-year subscription to LUMA Workplace, which has all of LUMA's tools in an easy to use database.

Upon completion, attendees earn LUMA Certification as a Facilitator of Human-Centered Design, demonstrating their ability to effectively plan and lead design thinking work sessions.

The standard rate for public programs is 2900 USD per person, with a group rate of 2600 USD per person for 2-3 members from the same organization. Discount pricing is available for nonprofit, education, and government sectors at 2600 USD per person, with appropriate discount codes.

This course is designed for individuals and small teams interested in enhancing their facilitation skills through public open enrollment sections, and large organizations looking to train employees in facilitation through private programs.
