Facilitator Masterclass is our 6-week cohort-based course, where anyone can learn the skills, tools, and frameworks to lead productive online meetings and workshops.
The last cohort has been a big success for us. First, we had an amazing international group of eight participants that joined from The Netherlands, Sweden, and Germany. And second, we shifted towards a hybrid course model, with over 16 on-demand video lessons and four hands-on live workshops.
In comparison to other training, this gives participants more flexibility and they can access the video lessons, resources, and templates whenever they need them. During the course and – even more important – when they are back in their day-to-day work.
And in the live workshops, we where able to focus more on practicing facilitation skills, answering questions, and learning as a group together. We are still energized by the positive response to this approach and the last cohort.
But don't take our word for it. We asked our Alumni if they wanted to say something about the course. You can read what they have to say in the new alumni section.
Facilitation is great skill to learn. It empowers you to create environments, where people feel good and where important work gets done. But great collaboration is not an on-off switch. It requires a number of skills and ideas that can be learned but are rarely taught.
Facilitator Masterclass is your vehicle to acquire these skills. At the end of the course, you will be able to set up and facilitate productive, engaging and fun meetings and workshops in a digital environment.
If that sounds interesting to you, join our Facilitator Masterclass info event on the 13th of October. In the event, we are giving you a behind-the-scenes view of the course and answer any open questions.
In the newsletter, we share the best links, resources and insights into collaboration and facilitation.
